Untouched Chail

The Himalayas has a beautiful virgin home called Chail. Situated in the Solan district of Himachal Pradesh it is the quietest village with lush greenery and fabulous climate. It is one of the perfect holiday destinations to get rid of the hustle and bustle of city life. Chail is famous for its colonial architecture and it can be seen in the structure of Chail Palace and which is also known as Heritage Hotel.

Chail Palace is one of the best tourist sights in Chail and the sprawling landscape and the royal architect is loved by the tourists

Chail has a stunning view mostly surrounded by pine and deodar trees and has tranquility around it.

On the way to Chail, one can witness the thrilling beauty of nature from Sadhupul Bridge and can enjoy the gentle breeze with some lip-smacking hot food sitting in the water park café.

The mesmerizing and panoramic view of the surrounding peaks and valleys can be seen from Kali ka Tibba, which is the highest point in Chail. From this point, the tourist can enjoy the scenic view of the Shivalik range. The Kali Mandir attracts a lot of pilgrims and tourists worldwide.

Passionate photographers should not miss the prospect of capturing the view of the cricket playground which is the next most beautiful spot in Chail and it is the largest cricket ground in the world

Chail is best for camping, hiking, and trekking and it is quite popular among adventure enthusiasts.

It is a perfect family destination where children can enjoy it too. Tarika Jungle Retreat offers a plethora of activities for children of all age groups.

Chail Wildlife Sanctuary is certainly the best point for all animal lovers where one can get to watch many wild animals like the Himalayan Black Bear, Langur and can hear the chirping of wide variety of birds. This makes Chail one of the best places of Bird watching in Himachal Pradesh.

In the outskirts of Chail is the Mohan Shakti National Heritage Park, which has a mesmerizing view consisting of a temple with a beautiful huge garden, spread over around 40 acres of land founded by Kapil Mohan, and is a part of the largest liquor manufacturing company, Mohan Meakin Limited of Solan.

There are many hotels, resorts and eco camps with incredible viewpoints built for the tourists.

There is no such marketplace, the tourists can buy local food like jams and jellies, woolen clothes from the small Chail Bazaar.

While I was exploring the untouched Chail, its salubrious beauty, picturesque landscapes made me fall in love with it and it is the best place for tourists who loves peace and wants to be with the nature, a mandate to have it on the bucket list.
