When I met Rekha Pandey madam, she started her journey with these 4 most important lines, let's start from here
1. With every challenge comes the gorgeous opportunity to rise to the "next level as a leader, performer and Human being
2. Life is enmeshed in duality. Ebbs and flow is part of life.
3. People, situations and circumstances in our lives are customised lesson plans to teach us and push us to expand our limits to become our best versions.

With the above opening lines, she takes this opportunity to introduce her life situations which have pushed her and shaped her into
WHO SHE IS TODAY.
Life situations always unfold now!
So being conscious of NOW, THE PRESENT and its “Transformative Experience", dissolves all pain, trauma and suffering.
She rarely visits that which is called past. But to give you her, ether readers, the glimpses of her life and how it progressed, she is navigating into her past experiences.
She was young, twenty-seven years old, with two sons. Elder one was then three and a half years old & younger son was two and a half years old. Her husband was an Assistant Conservator of forest in Madhya Pradesh Services in India. Life was blessed. All one could aspire for, was with us. But there is always a higher plan for every one of us.
At this juncture of life when life was in full bloom she lost her soul mate. His physical presence ceased from her life. This was a huge setback, very painful and unimaginable. In the blink of an eye, everything changed. But as it is said every cloud has a silver lining. The light that was inside her became her guide. It whispered to her if you create no pain for yourself, you create no pain for others. Honour for being ALIVE and honouring the present moment. Honour, the GIFTS OF LIFE that are your sons. When it seems that there is no way out, there is still a path which exists. This strong belief served her very well.
So, she never turned away from the pain. She faced it, felt it but never thought about it. She never created a SCRIPT in her mind around it.
She never let her mind use the pain to create VICTIM IDENTITY for herself
Out of it. Never ever felt sorry for herself and told her story so as to keep stuck in suffering and pain.
By completely accepting WHAT IS, she used the power of Now that is the POWER OF PRESENCE" and relinquished any attachment to the past and future
SHE Made NOW, THE PRESENT MOMENT is only her main focus!

She became a continuous learner. She was just. B.Sc in Biology when she got married. She did M.A. in English, B.Ed. Certificate in the teaching of English, M.B.A.( HR) along with her son's education.
She joined as a teacher, HR, Strategic Business Partner: People Process and Self Empowering Mindset coach.
Life progressed and her sons excelled in their academics. Brought many medals and trophies. Her younger son got All India Rank 44 in NEET PG Exam just after doing his MBBS from Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, India.
Now both her sons are married. Elder son is SAP Consultant and Elder daughter-in-law is a Fashion designer, and the Younger son and daughter-in-law are radiologists.
Currently. She enjoying her grand years with her two grandsons.
So, her message to every individual is that it is our beliefs, values, attitudes and approaches that matter most in shaping our lives, no matter how difficult the life situations are. All that is needed to navigate life is within us. We are already empowered. Em means to become aware of, to bring to the conscious state, the power that lies within.
Her wish and hope are that every individual finds the TREASURE, that lies within them. The only thing on their part is to unveil THIS TREASURE, which is waiting to be found and see the light of the day and become the LIGHT of the world.
